In Time

I’m constantly catching myself on the idea that I want to turn back time, to change what have been done or said. Fragrances, sounds, music, images – each of them may act as a powerful memory trigger. Sometimes I don’t only recall some events in my mind, but I find myself transported magically to another time period. At these moments I’m having a conversation with myself, thinking up right words to say and things to do; but in the end it doesn’t change anything, because what done is done. We simply shouldn't give promises which we can't keep.

Постоянно хочется повернуть время вспять, изменить то, что сказано или сделано. Ароматы, звуки, музыка, фразы, образы – спусковой механизм памяти. Бывает, не просто вспоминаешь то или иное событие, а просто на астральном уровне переносишься в тот момент и точно переживаешь его снова, пытаешься внести коррективы, ведешь внутренний диалог сама с собой.

А ведь всего лишь не нужно давать обещаний, которые не можешь выполнить.
